Though it varies from one business to another and depends on several variables, such as the current status quo of your business, it could take from a few weeks to a couple of months to assess current operations, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes. However, significant and sustainable changes do take several months to a year to fully implement and see measurable results. Time and patience are essential for a positive impact to take place.
I'll be frank, realistic, and honest—it could take up to a year. I always tell my clients this: Operational efficiency is a continuous process. It takes 6 months to start witnessing changes, but then it's a cycle of execution, observation, improvement, and implementation in progress.
To wave goodbye to unexpected charges, I stand by the power of fixed costs and expenses. They're not just about financial planning; they also ensure your precious work hours are reserved for your operational needs.
If I notice a substantial amount of hours is not being used. we will make the decision to pause and resume hours the next month, with the limitation to use them within one month only. All hours will be tracked, yet I will remain flexible with my clients I genuinely care about serving my clients' needs without being overly strict.
Of course, you can cancel your subscription without incurring any cancellation fees. However, to issue a refund, we will need to inform us 30 days in advance, we will calculate the hours used and the work completed on your tasks, refunding you the balance accordingly. Please note that you'll need to inform us at least four weeks in advance so we can immediately halt your project to save you costs.
